The Fall Scrapbook Village Retreat was FANTASTIC!

Oh my gosh! The retreats just get better with every one that passes. As the gals started coming in it was like a great reunion. Seeing old friends and making new ones, catching up on your families and your lives was great. Just like the scrapbooks we are making, looking back and sharing was wonderful.

The TV station WPBM was there Friday night with Jann Saulsberry, star of "It's what you make it". She is fun, delightful and everyone that took her class loved it. She has agreed to come once a month from Tennessee and teach a fun class.

Lisa with Kaiser crafts and Bazzill also came and spent the retreat weekend with us. She taught a class and did many make and takes at no charge. Her recipe book class was just fantastic! She will be coming back this Friday and Saturday with Bazzill.

The classes, laughter and amazing scrapbooking and paper crafting that took place was awesome.

Our Saturday night Pajama Party was silly and crazy as always. Each group had a style of their own, made a name for their group and had PJ costumes. Larger groups that participated were the "Prisoners of Scrapbook Village", first time attendees "Bo Bunnies" from Barbourville (winner), "Scrapin Deers" from Louisville, "Scrappers Anatomy" (following a theme from Gray's Anatmony) and the "Scrappin with the Stars" were just a few of the outfits. Watch the website for photos coming soon.

The Queens and Princesses were the winners of the page contests. We had a Queen of the Crop for each category: Beginning scrapbooking, intermediate scrapbooking and advanced scrapbooking. Fabulous entries from everyone. Thank you to all who participated!

We the staff at Scrapbook Village just giggled and enjoyed all of you . . . all the time. You are awesome!!!

It is a blessing for me to see all of you. Your support and your love and sharing your life with me, fullfills the mission God has for me at Scrapbook Village.

Bonnie, the retreat was FANTASIC as always. You didn't mention the appearance of the 'VILLAGE PEOPLE' doing their hit Y M C A.... I do hope there will be photos of the performance on the website. I did miss the Policeman and Cow'girl' though.
The CHOCOLATE, CHOCOLATE ... ohhhhh what a great treat... Loved IT!
The recipe book class was such fun... I probably will copy the book and do others with other themes.
